The purpose of a Water Audit is to identify the efficiency of your
automated landscape irrigation system with regard to industry
and municipality standards.
This is achieved by analyzing the amount of water that is
applied over a defined time line and how the water is
distributed across the defined area.
Our irrigation system inspections and water audits conform to
the municipal time lines and procedures as identified by the
respective municipality or property owner / manager.
What to expect during your Water Inspection / Audit:
* We will provide a Proposal for Services, outlining the Audit
Objective, Description of Services, Deliverables, Terms and
Conditions, and Cost Estimate.
* The irrigation inspection will verify the hardware integrity of
each zone. The hardware integrity status is critical to a
successful result to the water audit.
* We work closely with your existing licensed irrigation
contractor ** during all phases of the irrigation inspection and
water audit process.
* We complete and file all required documentation on your
behalf with the municipality or water purveyor with copies back
to you.
** If you do not have an existing irrigation contractor, we can assist in
supporting that work requirement through our sister company, Adaptive
Solutions. Either way, it will be necessary for someone familiar with the
system configuration to be present during the irrigation inspection.
